The 6-week introductory course classes are all 60 minutes long. All courses cost €70, advance booking only. Please ensure you are aware what learning Tai Chi entails before committing to a course. For more details about the course content, follow link to:
Adult Beginners Introductory Tai Chi Course
The introductory courses will introduce you to traditional Yang style Tai Chi and Chi Kung and if you wish, after completion of the course, you can continue attending the regular 90 minute classes on the same day.
